The company was founded by Gurman F Maready who started in the construction business in the 1950s and has been involved with real estate/construction ever since. He had been a VA inspector since the 1970s and a VA Appraiser since the early 1980s. Though now retired, he has a lasting presence with Maready Associates!
Greg started in the appraisal business in the 1980s. He also holds a real estate and general contractor license. Growing up in Eastern North Carolina, he’s proud to call this area his home.
Melissa has been working with Maready associates since 2004 and she received her trainee license in 2011. In 2014, she earned her North Carolina Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser license. She’s an advocate of the local community and volunteers in many aspects.
